Description
New and improved high viscosity agitator, the body is made entirely from ONE PIECE of CLASS PTFE. One-piece machined body is much easier to clean. The smooth machined surface has no seams, joints or crevices for material to collect. The design provides excellent stirring at the bottom of 100L reactor vessels, especially when heavy slurries are being mixed. Agitator attaches to stir shaft by both a compression fitting and a PTFE safety pin. Heavy duty blades 9mm thick. For use with 30mm stirrer shafts.
PLEASE NOTE: The lower agitator has a bushing to accept a stabilizing pin from drain valve plug. The pin extends into the lower agitator and virtually eliminates any whipping by stabilizing the stirrer shaft.
