Product Advantages
This product is mechanically cooled by a totally enclosed compressor. The inner wall of the cooling tank has cooling copper coils. The refrigerant (Freon) continuously circulates through the coil on the inner wall of the water tank to cool the refrigerant in the tank. And then the refrigerant proceed inner circulation through built-in circulation pump. Or the refrigerant is conveyed to interlayer of the supporting equipment or the condensation coil through external circulation pipeline. This method can indirectly cool the material in the reactor, cool and liquefy the steam in contact with condensation tube.
During external circulation, the lower outlet pipe of this equipment is connected to the lower inlet pipe of the kettle body or condenser. The circulation liquid exits from the upper circulation port and then returns to inlet of equipment through pipeline, forming a complete circulation.Generally speaking, this equipment can connect the interlayer of double glass reactor, rotary evaporator, condensation coil of reactor for usage.
During internal circulation, put the reaction vessel in the tank to fix it – start the heating function, which can keep the temperature of the refrigerant constant within the setting range – start the magnetic stirring function – put the stir bar into the material – stir the material magnetically.
