1. Stable physical property
Low expansion rate, wide temperature range -80℃-200℃. Thermal shock up to Δ80℃.
2. Great chemical resistance
High borosilicate glass is resistant to most chemicals except hydrofluoric acid, hot phosphoric acid and hot strong.
3. High visibility
The reaction materials can be clearly viewed from outside, which is the best choice for photochemical reactor.
The vessel was cleaned with dilute hydrofluoric acid solution, washed repeatedly with distilled water to ensure the surface is
free of dirt.
2. Preheating Welding
The glass was preheated at temperature of 600 ~ 700 ℃ for 5 ~ 15min, to make sure all parts are well connected.
3. Multiple Annealing
First annealing: Partly annealing around the welding point.
Second annealing: Keep heating the glass parts in furnace up to 580℃, then stop heating and leaving them cooling naturally ≥ 12h,
to ensure uniform internal stress, making it stronger.
Ensure there is no defects like: scratches, dents, knots, nodules, stripes, bubbles,etc.
2. Stress Test
Test the internal stress with an advanced detector to ensure uniform stress distribution.
3. Dimension Inspection
Thickness: Test the thickness with a device to make sure it meets the standard of 6~7mm.
Concentricity: Use a concentricity tester to make sure the concentricity meets our standard.
Verticality: Vertical axis deviation TV should be ≤ 1mm.
