3. The usage method of ZNHW-SX159 digital display constant temperature electric heating jacket:
1. Insert to 220V power supply, open power switch, display window shows “K”, setting window shows “400”, matching with K-type thermocouple for this electrical appliance, the maximum control temperature is 400 C. After 3 seconds, display window shows room temperature, setting window shows the last set temperature value.
2. Single-key operation, according to the setting of the “_” or the setting of the “_” key not put, will quickly set the required heating temperature such as: 100 C, green light means heating, green light means stopping, the microcomputers will determine the heating amount according to the temperature difference between the set temperature and the current temperature, to ensure that no temperature impulse in place, and maintain the set value and display value under the temperature difference of 1 C for heat supply and dissipation. Balance, so that the heating process can be easily completed.
3. There is a rubber stopper at the lower left of the electric heating sleeve to protect the external thermocouple socket from corrosion and rust and to conduct the internal wires. When pulled out, the internal probe will be disconnected and the machine will stop working. If external thermocouple is used, the plug should be removed and preserved. The plug of external thermocouple should be inserted into the socket and the nut should be locked. Then the stainless steel probe rod should be put into the solution for temperature control heating.
4. The electric appliance has the function of breaking couple protection. When the thermocouple is not connected properly, the display window shows “1” or “hhhhhh” on 100 bits. When the green light is off, the electric appliance stops heating and needs to be checked and reused.
IV. Notes for ZNHW-SX159 Digital Display Constant Temperature Electric Heating Jacket:
1. The instrument should be well grounded.
2. When used for the first time, there are white smoke and odor in the cover. It is normal that the color changes from white to brown and then to white. Because the glass fiber contains oil and other compounds in the production process, it should be put in the ventilation place. It can be used normally after several minutes disappear.
The creak-creak sound of the electric heating jacket above 3.3000 ml is due to the different structure of the furnace wire and is related to the voltage-regulating pulse signal of the controlled silicon, so it can be used safely.
4. When the liquid overflows into the sleeve, please quickly turn off the power supply, put the electric heating sleeve in the ventilation place, and use it after drying, so as to avoid the danger of leakage or short circuit of electrical appliances.
5. When not in use for a long time, please keep the electric heating sleeve in a dry non-corrosive gas place.
6. Please do not heat or dry.
7. When the ambient humidity is too high, the induction electricity may be transmitted to the housing through the insulation layer. Please make sure the grounding wire and pay attention to ventilation.
