RE-5000E rotary evaporator mainly used for continuous distillation of a large amount of volatile solvent under negative pressure. Especially for the concentration of extract liquor and distillation of receive liquid when chromatograph, it can isolate and purify reaction product. In reduced pressure condition, when solvent distillation, distillation flask in continuous rotation, the distillation flask is a pyriform or round-bottom flask who is connected to vacuum pump by a snakelike condenser pipe, the other open mouth of condenser pipe is connected to receiving flask to receive evaporated organic solvent. There is a three-way valve between condenser pipe and vacuum pump, when system connect to air, take down distillation flask and receiving flask to transfer solvent. Please reduce pressure first before rotate distillation flask; and please power off first before connect to air, to prevent the rotating distillation flask from falling off. Thermostatic water bath is the heat source for distillation. Product features of RE-5000E rotary evaporator:
Use electrical lifting structure, press lifting button, evaporation bottle, condenser and receiving flask can up and down at the same time, max lifting distance reach 120mm.
Two optional condenser structure for your choice, one is double pipeline convection principle, used to evaporate inorganic solvent; the other is single pipeline jacketed vessel, used to evaporate organic solvent. Vertical condenser saved space.
Rotary axis is made from high borosilicate glass, heat-resisting, good sealing. Double sealed by PTFE and PTFE, good sealing effect.
RE-5000E rotary evaporator is equipped with heating groove, inbuilt resistance wire heater, heating temperature is from room temperature to 99℃. PTFE recombination heating kettle has strong corrosion resistance ability and long service life. Water channel volume is 500ml to 5000ml, and the heating kettle can move around.
RE-5000E rotary evaporator is equipped with temperature displayer, intelligent temperature control, digital display, PT100 senor temperature control. When water temperature reach to preset temperature, controller automatic cut off heater power supply; when lower than water temperature, controller automatic connect heater power supply; in this way to achieve constant water temperature.
