– Application –
When the material is heated and reacted, the evaporation efficiency can be improved under vacuum conditions (a vacuum device needs to be connected), and the solvent vapor is cooled into a liquid when it passes through the glass condensing coil (a cooling device needs to be connected), which can be returned to the kettle, or can be passed through. The lower valve of the return elbow is recycled. After the reaction is completed, the material can be discharged from the side discharge port at the bottom of the kettle.
Buffer device: After the inlet and outlet of the jacket are connected to the stainless steel hose, it is fixed to the bracket and then connected to the external circulation tube to reduce the pressure of the inlet and outlet, and also to avoid the breakage of the connection part between the glass jacket circulation port and the circulation tube.
