THE COMPLETE CRUSHING LINE
1, Raw material, can be very hard rocks, like granite, basalt, pebbles, etc.
2, Vibrating feeder is first processing machine in this line, it’s mainly function is feeding to jaw crusher evenly.
3, Jaw crusher is used as primary crusher.
4, Secondary crusher can be impact crusher and cone crusher. Normally, user can choose impact crusher if the crushed material is soft – medium hard type, while cone crusher is more suitable if user crush hard type rock.
5, Vibrating screen is used to separate discharge material from secondary crusher. Bigger size than required will go back to secondary crusher for re-crushing, and qualified size will be discharged from belt conveyor.
