EXPERIMENTAL APPLICATION
Circulating water vacuum pump is a centrifugal mechanical pump. The impeller rotor is installed eccentrically in the cylindrical pump shell, and its blades are bent forward. When the impeller rotates, the working water forms a swirling water ring along the pump shell under the action of centrifugal force. Due to the eccentric position of the impeller, the water ring runs relative to the blade, so that the space volume between the two adjacent blades shows periodic changes. Like a liquid “piston” in the cascade for radial reciprocating movement. It is widely used in many processes of industrial production, such as vacuum filtration, vacuum water diversion, vacuum feeding, vacuum evaporation, vacuum concentration, vacuum moisture return and vacuum degassing.
