Drying tube is a kind of equipment used to dry gas or remove impurities in gas in chemical experiments. Usually there are connection ports at both ends for connecting the conduit, and a solid desiccant or impurity remover is contained in the middle.
When the gas flows into the drying tube from one end, due to the chemical reaction between the water or other impurities in the gas and the desiccant or impurity remover, the water or impurities are separated from the gas, and relatively pure gas flows out
from the other end.
