The basic extraction process is as follows: Use a juicer to make jasmine into juice, put a proper amount of brandy into it and mix it fully, place the mixture in a test bottle, use a rotary evaporator to distillate, collect the distilled ethanol for use, continue to steam out the residual water, and then mix the residual liquid in the Test bottle with the ethanol prepared in advance. The modulation component of a cocktail can be prepared. Slight adjustment in any of the above links will cause the difference in aroma, taste and color of the component.
