Product Description
There is two variety of reactor based on the inner vessel, 1 is Teflon/PTFE lined hydrothermal autoclave (For safe temperature 200- degree centigrade) another is PPL lined autoclave mainly used for the high-temperature reaction, i.e., 280-degree Celsius. We also developed high-temperature, and high-pressure hydrothermal reactor setup operates at a maximum temperature up to 360-degree Celsius.
There is two type of hydrothermal autoclave, one is screw type, and another is flange type. Reactor with capacity more than 1 litre have flange type arrangement with high tension bolt. We also provide customisation as per requirement. It is also be known as hydrothermal autoclave reactor utilised to carry out the hydrothermal reaction.
Hydrothermal autoclave mainly uses for crystallisation process, where hydrothermal solvent treated under a high temperature and pressure conditions. Hydrothermal itself represents “Hydro” means water and “thermal” mean temperature.
