Jacketed Glass Reactor with Lifting and Rotation are designed for synthetic reaction of different types of materials in a controlled temperature and vacuum environment. Each reactor features adjustable stirring speeds and a constant pressure feeding funnel that allows you to add material to the vessel at a uniform and controlled speed. The built-in condenser makes it possible to recover some materials, also at a controlled rate of speed.
Working Principle
Through hot liquid( or frozen liquid) circulating into the jacketed layer to constant heating /cooling inner sample solvents and can provides constant speed mixing. The whole system can be connected with chiller and vacuum pump to use. The cover and mixing system can be raised by one button, the kettle body can be manually rotated by 150 degrees to directly pour out the relatively thick materials or discharge the liquid directly from the bottom valve, easy to operate and clean. Generally, there are single-layer glass reactor, double-layer glass reactor and three-layer glass reactor.
