1 x Circulating Water Vacuum Pump
Feature:
【Circulating Water Vacuum Pump】- 110V/180W; Single-tap sucking rate: 10L/min; max. vacuum degree: 0.098Mpa; Flow Rate: 60L/min; Lift: 26Ft; Tube Amount: 1. Dual-use pump, supply vacuum condition while circulating cooling water for reactor.
【Water-Saving Design】- 15L water tank, water is recyclable in the tank to avoid waste, caused by expelling water to get vacuum function. Water can be used for a long time, quite suitable for water-shortage or low water pressure laboratory
【Quiet Operation】Built-in special fluid muffler greatly reduces the noise, and liquid friction makes a higher vacuum degree and works more steadily. It is compact, lightweight, quite suitable for tabletop use.
【Double Suction Tap】- Each suction tap with a vacuum gauge, convenient to observe. To suit different circumstances, it can be operated with a single tap or use both taps simultaneously. when stop circulating water flow to be vacuum equipment.
【Multi-Application】- Perfect for labs, research center, chemical industry, biochemistry, foodstuff, agricultural engineering, biological engineering, etc. It can be used with rotary evaporator. Can equip with 2L, 5L glass reactor or rotary evaporator, The vacuum is better when the water temperature is between 4℃ and 10℃
Operation
When using for the first time, open the upper cover of the water tank and inject cold water until the water level reaches the height of the upper water outlet.
Tightly connect the pipe with the oil suction tap. Then turn on the power and the pump starts to work.
If the machine needs to work for a long time, the water temperature of the water tank will rise, affecting the vacuum degree. At this time, connect the drainage hose with tap water and drain water from the water outlet. You need to control the amount of tap water to keep the temperature constant and the vacuum stable.
