Product introduction

1 、The reaction kettle body and cover are made of high quality
stainless steel (304/316L), the kettle body is processed as a whole,
the cover is a whole flat plate cover, both are connected by axially
evenly distributed main bolts and nuts.
2 、The main sealing port of the autoclave adoptsA-type seal or
convex seal, and the rest of the sealing points adopt the sealing form
of line contact between circular arc surface and plane, circular arc
surface and circular arc surface, relying on the high precision and
smoothness of the contact surface to achieve good sealing effect.
I. Use and precautions:
1 、The working temperature of external heating is recommended not
to exceed 350℃,the heating rate≤5℃min,the temperature can be
controlled by PID temperature control system,the cooling rate≤5℃
min.the safety pressure is 22MPa.
2 、After filling, the screws should be pressed symmetrically. When
the reaction is finished, wait for the kettle body to cool down to
room temperature naturally and open the lid.
3 、The filling degree in the kettle should not exceed 80%.

II. Technical parameters:

Note: Stainless steel high-pressure reactor screws symmetrical
pressure uniform, prohibit disassembly with pressure,
tetrafluoro lining temperature ≤ ≤ 180℃。
