Function of Hydrothermal Reactor With Pressure Gauge:
The design temperature of this product is 220°C / 280°C, design pressure 3Mpa.
There are two types of working temperature according to the different liner in the hydrothermal synthesis reactor.
Teflon lining ( also caleed PTFE,F4) ≤ 220 °C
PPL lining ≤ 280 °C
Maximum temperature: 180℃, Working pressure: 3MPa (gauge), Heating, cooling rate: 5 c / min
Ensure Safety: PTFE lining can bear high temperature and high pressure, acid and alkali resistance, almost insoluble in all solvents, physical inert.
With pressure gauge, real-time pressure monitoring, two gas connections, suitable for testing requiring gas reaction, connect hydrogen, nitrogen, etc.
